If your looking for a
fitness program that will give you results, motivation, encouragement & self-esteem then this is your Boot Camp. The difference
is in the program, not only do you recieve training from a certified fitness trainer but you get accountability and encouragement
from your fellow boot campers. Let's face it there is strength in numbers! If you can't do it alone then do it with us. Boot
Camp is great for almost everyone, no matter what your fitness level we will work with you so that you are happy and comfortable
with your fitness journey.
Body Corp Boot Camp is a four-week
program that includes Nutrition Counseling and one of a kind fitness routines. We all have our reasons for working
out, no matter what yours is Body Corp will do the job.
This program was developed to help you reach your fitness goals. By combining specific
exercises along with power movements and aerobic drills your body turns into a calorie scorching machine.
When you sign up for boot camp you are committing to 12 or 20 training sessions all designed for results. Each
workout includes some element of aerobic activity, lunges, push-ups, pull-ups, crunches & much more. Body weight exercises
designed specifically to fully utilize every minute of your workout. Its Fitness plus so much more... check often for
our once per month "free boot camp class" in the perkasie area!
Great for getting
you back into a fitness routine, preparing for an event or wedding, or just to feel all around better.
Program is non-refundable. If you are not able
to attend the full 12 or 20 sessions in boot camp they can be made up in a future camp or through group fitness classes if
notice is given.
