Group Fitness Schedule

Group fitness classes can be scheduled for groups of 5 or more. Call for details on setting up a Fitness Party!


Class Descriptions:
Zen Classes- Combine elements of yoga, pilates and deep breathing to form an amazing workout for the body and mind!
FUSION- Combines fitness balls, tubing, gliding discs and much more to give you a different workout every time.
Cardio Kick-boxing- All levels high energy aerobic workout. Fun, Fitness and self defense all in one class.
Kukuwa Dance Workout-  KDW® is a low impact/high energy choreographed workout designed to target your cardiovascular system, improve your fitness level and pump fun through your veins. It is open to participants at all fitness levels.
Zumba- this class combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO". Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind.
Cardio Hybrid-Something different every-time, step intervals, gliding discs, plyometrics and much more. Major calorie burner!
Ab-Attack- (20-Minutes) Create a flat belly and a strong core with this express abdominal class. Stability and weighted balls used to kick it up a notch.
Total Body Conditioning- 55 minute Full-Body Workout. Every class is different, build muscle and burn fat with this intense combination class.
Ball Buster- This class is perfect for anyone wanting a different type of approach to core training. Utilizing the stability ball, free weights and more creating a fun way to workout!
Pump It!- A full body strength class focusing on creating strong defined muscles . This class is great for all levels!
Mat Pilates- This unique class combines a system of stretching and strengthening exercises. Tone muscles, improve posture and strengthen your core.
Long & Lean- This class is great for fully sculpting your body as well as concentrated core movements. Think yoga & pilates meets aerobics in this high energy program.
Hatha Yoga- This class is the best method to relax, purify and unwind your tense body. Great for beginners!
Gentle Yoga- A more gentle approach to yoga for all levels.
Yogalates- This class is a specifically sequenced set of postures and pilates moves designed to tone, and detoxify your body. The yoga class is for all levels from the beginner to most advanced student.
